Shipping within the Netherlands
€2.75 letterbox post without track and trace
€3.99 letterbox package with track and trace
€6.95 parcel post
For orders of €60 or more, you will not pay shipping costs within the Netherlands.
Shipping to Belgium
€9.80 for parcel post
Unfortunately, due to international regulations, it is no longer permitted to send goods by letterbox post.

Delivery time
Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after your payment has been received. After you confirm your order, you will receive an order confirmation. Once your payment has been received, your order will be prepared for shipment.

Returns Policy
Every order is made and shipped with love and care. It can of course happen that you are not satisfied with the products. That's a shame, but you can always return (part of) your order. This does not apply to personalized products.
Once you have received your order, you have the right to return (part of) your order within 14 days. You do this by sending an email containing your name, address details, your order number and which products you want to return. The products must be unused and returned in the original packaging as much as possible. The costs for return are for yourself. You will receive the money you paid for the order back as soon as possible, but no later than within 5 days after receiving the returned products. If you return part of your order, you will not receive a refund for the shipping costs.
Use the box the order was delivered in. Only use an envelope if your order was shipped in an envelope. Include a note with your name and order number.
Terms and Conditions
Article 1– Definitions
In these conditions the following definitions apply:
1. Reflection period: the period within which the consumer can exercise his right of withdrawal
2. Consumer: the natural person who does not act in the exercise of a profession or business and who enters into a distance contract with the entrepreneur

4. Duration of transaction: a distance contract relating to a series of products and/or services, the delivery and/or purchase obligation of which is spread over time.

6. Right of withdrawal: the option for the consumer to cancel the distance contract within the cooling-off period.
7. Entrepreneur: the natural or legal person who offers products and/or services remotely to consumers.
8. Distance agreement: an agreement in which, within the framework of a system organized by the entrepreneur for distance sales of products and/or services, exclusive use is made of one or more techniques for communicating on distance.
9.Technology for distance communication: means that can be used to conclude an agreement, without the consumer and entrepreneur being together in the same room at the same time.

Article 3– Applicability
1.These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from the entrepreneur and to every distance contract concluded between the entrepreneur and the consumer.

3. Article 4– The offer
1. If an offer has a limited period of validity or is made subject to conditions, this will be expressly stated in the offer.

Article 5- The agreement
1. The agreement is concluded, subject to the provisions of paragraph 4, at the time of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the conditions set.
2. If the consumer has accepted the offer electronically, the entrepreneur will immediately confirm receipt of the acceptance of the offer electronically. As long as receipt of this acceptance has not been confirmed by the entrepreneur, the consumer can terminate the agreement.
3. If the agreement is concluded electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate technical and organizational measures to secure the electronic transfer of data and ensure a secure web environment. If the consumer can pay electronically, the entrepreneur will take appropriate security measures.
4. The entrepreneur can - within legal frameworks - inform himself whether the consumer can meet his payment obligations, as well as all those facts and factors that are important for a responsible conclusion of the distance contract. If, based on this investigation, the entrepreneur has good reasons not to enter into the agreement, he is entitled to refuse an order or request with reasons or to attach special conditions to the execution.
5. The entrepreneur will send the following information to the consumer with the product or service, in writing or in such a way that it can be stored by the consumer in an accessible manner on a durable data carrier:
a. the e-mail address of the entrepreneur where the consumer can go with complaints: info@textielkeuken.nl
b. the conditions under which and the manner in which the consumer can exercise the right of withdrawal, or a clear statement regarding the exclusion of the right of withdrawal;
d. the information included in Article 4, paragraph 3 of these conditions, unless the entrepreneur has already provided this information to the consumer before the execution of the agreement;
6. In the case of a duration transaction, the provision in the previous paragraph only applies to the first delivery.
Article 6– Returns and right of withdrawal
1. When purchasing products, the consumer has the option to terminate the agreement without giving reasons within 14 days. This reflection period commences on the day after receipt of the product by the consumer or a representative designated in advance by the consumer and made known to the entrepreneur.
2. The buyer has the right to return the items delivered by the entrepreneur within 14 days after the statutory reflection period of 14 days, with the exception of personalized items. During the inspection period of 14 days, the buyer must handle the items and packaging with care. The buyer will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product.
3. If the consumer wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, he is obliged to inform the entrepreneur of this within 14 days of receipt of the product. The consumer must make this known by sending an e-mail to info@textielkeuken.nl. After the consumer has indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal, the customer must return the product within 14 days. The consumer must prove that the delivered goods have been returned on time, for example by means of proof of shipment. If, after the expiry of the periods referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, the customer has not indicated that he wishes to exercise his right of withdrawal or has not returned the product to the entrepreneur, the purchase is a fact.
4. The costs of return shipping are borne by the buyer.
5. If the items are unused and undamaged and have been returned on time and correctly, the entrepreneur will pay the price paid, including shipping costs, no later than within 14 days after receipt of the items. In this context, unused and undamaged also includes damage caused by the smell of cigarette smoke, perfume or other clearly present odors.
Article 7- The price
1. As long as the agreement has not been concluded, the entrepreneur is entitled to change the prices, offers and other conditions. Buyers cannot derive any rights from prices and offers from the (recent) past;
2. The prices stated in the offer of products or services include 21% VAT and exclude shipping costs;
3. The shipping costs charged for each order for shipments within the Netherlands are € 2.73 or € 3.99 for letterbox post and € 6.95 for parcel post. Shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the package. The shipping costs charged for each order for shipments within Belgium are €4.50 for letterbox post and €9.80 for parcel post.
4. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer do not bind the entrepreneur.
Article 8– Conformity and warranty
1. The entrepreneur guarantees that the products and/or services comply with the agreement, the specifications stated in the offer, the reasonable requirements of reliability and/or usability and the legal requirements existing on the date of the conclusion of the agreement. provisions and/or government regulations. Article 9– Delivery
1. The entrepreneur will exercise the utmost care when receiving and executing orders for products and when assessing applications for the provision of services.

3. The entrepreneur will execute accepted orders expeditiously, but no later than within 30 days, after payment has been received, unless a longer delivery period has been agreed. If delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot be fulfilled or can only be partially fulfilled, the consumer will be notified of this no later than 30 days after he has placed the order. In that case, the consumer has the right to terminate the agreement without costs and is entitled to any compensation.
4. If delivery of an ordered product proves to be impossible, the entrepreneur will make every effort to make a replacement item available. No later than upon delivery, it will be stated in a clear and understandable manner that a replacement item will be delivered. For replacement items right of withdrawal can not be excluded. The costs of any return shipment are borne by the entrepreneur.
5. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with the entrepreneur until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance and made known to the entrepreneur, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Article 10- Payment
1. Consumer can pay via iDeal or via bank transfer (in advance). If the consumer opts for bank transfer, the consumer must transfer the amount due to the entrepreneur no later than 7 days after placing the order. If this does not happen, the agreement will be terminated.
Article 11– Complaints procedure
1. Complaints can be made known by the customer via an e-mail to the entrepreneur info@textielkeuken.nl.
2. The entrepreneur has a sufficiently publicized complaints procedure and handles the complaint in accordance with this complaints procedure.
3. Complaints submitted to the entrepreneur will be answered within a period of 14 days from the date of receipt. If a complaint requires a foreseeably longer processing time, the entrepreneur will respond within 14 days with an acknowledgment of receipt and an indication of when the consumer can expect a more detailed answer.
Article 12– Liability
1. Any liability of the entrepreneur and the entrepreneur's products for all damage, of whatever nature, direct or indirect, is excluded. The entrepreneur is also not liable for damage caused by third parties during the execution of the agreement.
2. The entrepreneur accepts no liability for any damage resulting from the use of the entrepreneur's products.
3.The liability of the entrepreneur is always limited to a maximum of the purchase price of the item in question.
4. For misunderstandings, mutilations, delays or improper transmission of orders and communications as a result of the use of the Internet or any other means of communication in the traffic between you and the entrepreneur, or between the entrepreneur and third parties, insofar as they relate to the relationship between you and the entrepreneur, the entrepreneur is not liable, unless there is intent or gross negligence.
Privacy Policy
If you place an order with Textielkeuken, I need your name, address, email address and telephone number. I attach great importance to your privacy and that is why no information is requested that is not necessary for processing and shipping your order. The information you provide to me is stored on a secure server and is used to ship your order as quickly as possible.
The data required to process your order will be kept for seven years. An overview of the products you have ordered is also saved. This is necessary because of the tax retention obligation. After completing your order, your information will no longer be used and will never be sold to third parties.
The webshop was built via MijnDomein. The data is stored securely and only I have access to the data.
